Due to limited class sizes and scheduling constraints workshop bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE – The Improv Pit is happy to figure out a way to defer your registration, alter the day or tranfer it into internal credit.

Ticketing Terms and Conditions for Theatre Show
1.Ticket Purchase:
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.
Tickets may be purchased online through our official website or authorized ticketing partners.
2. Ticket Prices:
Ticket prices are subject to change without notice.
Discounts or promotional offers may be available for specific performances, and eligibility criteria will apply.
Seating Assignments:
3. Seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis unless specified otherwise.
Late arrivals may be reseated at the discretion of the venue staff during a suitable break in the performance.
4. Performance Changes:
The show schedule, including dates and times, is subject to change or cancellation without notice.
In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders may receive a refund or exchange for an alternative performance, as determined by the venue.
5. Age Restrictions:
Some performances may have age restrictions. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to be aware of and adhere to these restrictions.
6. Lost or Stolen Tickets:
Lost or stolen tickets may be replaced at the discretion of the venue. Proof of purchase is required.
7.Refunds and Exchanges:
Exchanges for tickets may be considered if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled performance.
8. Refunds or exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to the policies of the venue and show.
9. Conduct and Etiquette:
The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any person whose conduct is deemed objectionable or disruptive without refund.
Mobile phones and other electronic devices must be silenced during the performance.
10.Photography and Recording:
Photography, video recording, and audio recording of the performance are strictly prohibited unless otherwise indicated.
11. Accessibility:
The venue is committed to providing accessible seating for individuals with disabilities. Please contact the venue directly for specific accommodations.
12. Force Majeure:
The venue is not responsible for refunding tickets due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government regulations, or other unforeseen events.
13. Liability:
The venue and organizers are not liable for personal injury, property loss, or damages incurred on the premises.
By purchasing a ticket, the ticket holder acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms may be updated without notice, and the latest version will be available on the official website.
